If you have been training regulary before becoming pregnant, you are welcome to participate in regular classes until the end of your 2nd trimester. From your third trimester, you are able to continue training by taking Supercore 1-1 personal training sessions.
To continue training at Supercore when pregnant, please fill out our Pregnancy consent form at the studio.
Following the birth of your baby, once you have had your 6-week check-up with your doctor, we'll be delighted to welcome you back to the studio to help you get your body back after delivery.
